These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Monikie Memorial Hall website and the hire of our venue facilities. By using our website or booking our venue, you agree to these terms.

Venue Hire

Bookings

All venue hire bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only when we have provided written confirmation and any required deposit has been received.

Payment

Hire charges are as stated at the time of booking. Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking. We reserve the right to amend our hire charges; however, any changes will not affect confirmed bookings.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel a booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation terms, including any refund of deposits, will be communicated at the time of booking.

Use of Premises

When hiring our venue, you agree to:

  • Use the premises only for the purpose agreed at the time of booking
  • Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and licensing requirements
  • Leave the premises in a clean and tidy condition
  • Take responsibility for the conduct of all guests and attendees
  • Report any damage to the premises or equipment immediately
  • Not exceed the maximum capacity of the venue

Liability

The hirer is responsible for any damage to the premises, fixtures, fittings, or equipment caused during the period of hire. Monikie Memorial Hall accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to any property brought onto the premises by the hirer or their guests.

Events and Tickets

Tickets purchased for events held at Monikie Memorial Hall are subject to the terms and conditions of the event organiser. Where tickets are sold through Ticket Tailor, their terms also apply. Refund policies for ticketed events are set by the event organiser and will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Monikie Memorial Hall or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright law. You may not use any content from this website without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability
